The London School of Beauty and Make-up Events Team was founded in 2012, due to an increased demand on the market for the services of our Beauty Therapists and Make-up Artists. All members of the team are either current or past beauty and make-up graduates, who have all been trade tested and give up their time to attend select events in order to further develop and build their skills and portfolios. Since its creation the Events Team have worked on numerous high profile and VIP events both in corporate and the fashion industry at shoots, film, tv and photographic shoots and at celebrity events.

Lesley and I were really grateful for the help and support backstage, given by the young team from the London School of Beauty & Make-up, during the recent Fashion for the Brave charity fashion gala for The Household Cavalry Foundation, at The Dorchester. We are sure the opportunity of being behind-the-scenes at such a major fashion event, with Princess Beatrice as patron, in attendance, will prove a valuable experience as they proceed with their careers. Good luck!”

I have been in the beauty industry over 25 years, all of my adult life. I am a very passionate beauty therapist, trainer and cosmetic brand creator. Having visited, spoken and taught in training schools all over the UK and Ireland, I have never seen such a well organised, professional and sophisticated beauty college as The London School of Beauty & Make-up, I was blown away!

Often hair and make–up can make or break a shoot. From the outset Dan (Events Team MUA) understood exactly what we were trying to achieve, transforming our vision into reality, working under pressure, with the minimum of fuss and utmost professionalism. We could not recommend him more and hope to work with him again soon.
[Richard – Vidur Spring/Summer 15 Lookbook Shoot]
I just wanted to write and say a huge thank you to the wonderful students who came and helped us on Thursday night. All of the dancers looked absolutely amazing and I know that they were all thrilled with their make-up. Just having that attention given to them made them feel even more special and just made the whole event one they will remember I think for a long time.

The London School of Beauty & Make-up was the perfect team to support Imarni for the Alex Mullins presentation and KTZ show at London Mens Collections, the team made sure that everything ran smoothly for Imarni and the designers.

On behalf of the Children In Need call centre team, we wanted to THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your efforts at the appeal night last Friday. We had a great evening and really hope you did too. The team on the phones did a fantastic job raising a total of £64,259 for Children in Need, which is a huge increase on last year, and we managed to answer ALL calls which came through to us. We’ve had so much positive feedback on this year’s entertainment, and can only offer our thanks again – the combination of magic, balloons and pampering seemed to be a winning one. In particular, the students were so enthusiastic and really helped to lift spirits, so thanks in particular to them for their great efforts. We have circulated the beauty school price list to all volunteers, so I wouldn’t be surprised if you see an increase in bookings!
[N. Doherty, JP Morgan]
We can’t thank The London School of Beauty & Make-up enough for their support for the second year running, it was greatly appreciated! The Children in Need call centre team that either had a manicure or the head and shoulder massage, said what a fantastic job the students did on the night! The students were polite and professional and are clearly an asset to LSBM. Their enthusiasm never stopped, which was great to see, as it kept the call centre team motivated on what was a long but very rewarding evening. JPMAM raised just over £77k with £56,441.00 of that taken on the appeal night over the telephone during the 1766 calls that were answered. Thanks once again for all of your support, it really is appreciated.
[Lorraine Cowin, JP Morgan]
I want to say a great thank you to the London School of Beauty and Makeup Events Team, who did a fantastic job at our live show and provided excellent pre-show communications.
[Claudette, The Miss London City Team and Director of Miss London City 2014]
All the students were professionally dressed and looked absolutely gorgeous. We were very proud to have them working on our branded promotional event. Their nail polishing skills were very neat and tidy. They were all very calm and friendly with the customers. They coped very well under pressure. The three students who attended the event at Zenith Optimedia, worked for two hours solid and managed to pain about 20-25 ladies’ nails. We look forward to working with the school again.

We are so very grateful for the professional and positive approach the London School of Beauty and Make-up had. It was our second film shoot, whilst studying an MA in Filmmaking at Goldsmiths University and it could not have gone smoother. We will definitely be in touch for our graduation film!
[Maryam Makhamid – Producer of Unwrapped Productions]
“In the last two feature films where I worked as Makeup Designer, I had the fantastic help of several students and graduates from The London School of Beauty & Make-up. Dan Delgado and Tanja Sammatti, are just a few examples of great professionals that I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for your help!”
[Sarah Menitra – International Make-up Artist]
On behalf of everyone at England Netball, I would like to say an enormous thank you to the ladies from London School of Beauty who were fantastic on our #NetballBezzies photoshoot for the Netball magazine. The hair, makeup and nails they provided for our competition were impeccable and the girls looked absolutely stunning. As well as offering the highest levels of professionalism and world-class skills, the ladies were incredibly personable and really helped to put our models at ease. We can’t wait to work with the London School of Beauty at future England Netball events.
[Natalie Morris, Netball magazine Editor]
Thank you so much for your support with this year’s LSE SU Annual Charity Fashion Show. We were so happy to have the LSBM students with us yesterday.
